This project addresses the growing issue of cybercrimes targeting individuals and organizations in cyberspace. It examines the types of cybercrimes, such as cyberstalking, identity theft, and data breaches, focusing on their impact on victims. It further explores the legal frameworks, both national and international, that aim to protect victims and discusses the challenges in enforcing these laws due to jurisdictional and anonymity issues. The project highlights gaps in the existing legal and support structures and suggests best practices for enhancing victim protection and support.
